We do our best to respond to all correspondence within one business day.

Modest Needs' telephone number is 212-463-7042. So that we can process applications for assistance as quickly as possible with a very small staff, Modest Needs' team members answer the phones between the hours of 9:00am and 1:00pm Eastern Time.

If you'd like to speak with someone in the office or your Client Advocacy Specialist, please call during these hours.

Otherwise, you may reach us via email at any of the addresses listed above 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do our best to respond to emails the day that we receive them.

Modest Needs' physical office is located in New York City. From this central location and via our website, we serve persons living in all 50 states, all U.S. territories, and persons living in all of Canada's provinces.
