I am requesting help because I was out of work for surgery. I ended out longer than planned due to surgery. I am a phlebotomist, and use my hands and had to have surgery on my wrist. This caused me to fall behind on my bills and of course the holiday with a ten-year-old daughter and five year old son. I am just getting back to work and trying to catch up. Both of my children go to latchkey and I just need help to get back on track. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
