Dear Donor:

Thank you for your badly needed help. I have been critically ill for a long time and have not been able to get a diagnosis from all the MDS and MD specialists I have seen, due to a out-of-the-box metabolism, which affects standard blood tests and imaging.

The holistic doctor I need to see deals with cases like mine and accepts no insurance so that she is not bound by insurance companies' strictures and limitations. I feel confident that she will be able to help me get the diagnosis I need to release Medicare-paid treatment. I have given her an extensive case history and she does believe that she can help me.

I am destitute, begging and borrowing money for food due to being too sick to work outside of my home. I live alone and have no family or close friends to help me. I am about to begin training for a home computer business - funded by the state Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

When I receive the medical treatment I need, I will be well enough to work this business (legal transcription, editing, and indexing) in order to become financially self-sufficient. This is my chance at life - with the proper medical treatment I can make it to financial independence. Thank you for your time and consideration.
