I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last year, went through 16 weeks of chemotherapy, a mastectomy and radiation that ended in November. During radiation it got to the point where I could barely raise my left arm for radiation. It was discovered that I had nerve damage from the mastectomy & the radiation was making it worse.

My radiologist sent me to physical therapy. I checked with my insurance first, chose a therapist accepted by my insurance company, asked what the co-pay would be, and was told I had no co-pay at all through the end of 2009, and that it would be 20% after the 1st of January. I received a bill the 2nd week of January, and when I called my insurance, they said that they would no longer pay for the therapy, because I'd had enough.

I cancelled all of the rest of my therapy sessions (I was suppose to go through March). I'm still paying on my hospital & Dr's bills, through a payment plan, but the therapist doesn't do payment plans. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
