I am a Disabled 35-year-old man. I currently have Doctor Visit's and Treatments each week of every month. I have recently had Medical Bills that needed to be paid in order to keep receiving treatments. Upon paying those expenses, I fell behind on the only mode of transportation that I have to use. I have been turned down constantly for Medicaid Transportation, and told that I do not qualify even though the treatments are medically necessary.

I would be so grateful if there is a donor that will help, Modest Needs to help me. It is a hard struggle & I have faith that a charitable person will assist in this matter. Thank You and GOD BLESS!!!
