Medical Bill Paid: Need Car Paymnt

I am unable to make my car payment this month. Last year, King County forced us to take 10 days off without pay. Then, I was out of work for 6 months due to neck/spinal surgery. Lastly, my new husband had to go to Russia 2 weeks after we were married in September for a family emergency, so the airline tickets drained our savings accounts. This month I had to pay the final medical bills so they wouldn't go to collections.
Now I am back at work full-time and my husband will be back and able to work in March. We would be so grateful to get help with this car payment, as we are unable to work without a vehicle. I have applied for a modification loan on my home and have also managed to trim in other areas, i.e. phone bill, cancelled cable etc. I have exhausted all other means for loans.
I have never asked for help before and would love to get caught up financially again so I can help other hard working people who find themselves suddenly just a little short. I know how hard it is when you barely make enough to get by on but too much to qualify for help anywhere when you need it. Thank you so much for considering my case and God Bless you.
