Dear Review Committee,

I am applying for help to obtain a laptop computer. I am enrolled at Cincinnati State technical college, and I have been advised by my case managers that my classes and instructors require access to a computer in order to obtain my class assignments (which are posted on the internet).

Our teachers correspond with us via email. My tuition does not cover the cost of this vital tool and it is not cost effective for me to go to the VA Medical computer lab or to the library for the hours at these places is not always convenient. I am not always able to get to a computer in a timely manner.

At this time, I am actively participating in the Veterans Upper bound program, and I have class assignments that require I have access to a computer at all times.

Please consider my request for this vital tool so that I may continue my education and to attain a higher quality of life. I thank you in advance for your consideration in this matter and I hope that you and your wonderful contributors can find it in their hearts to me and my family. Thank You.
