Hello! I need help paying my water bill. I am a single parent of one child. I have been sick for three years now. I lost my job because of my sickness. I applied for SSI about five times, but they keep denying me. I cannot work, and my sister was able to help me out for a while, but since we live in Michigan, she became one of the people that lost their jobs. I only receive money from FIA 403.00 a month I can't keep up with my bills it has been so hard. Can someone help?
