I'm a disabled man and I am the sole caregiver to my bed-confined wife, whose stricken with cancer.

My doctor recently prescribed custom made orthotics for my foot and ankle condition. I can barley stand or walk because I've needed orthotics for a long time but cannot afford to pay for them.

My wife is a hospice patient (released by doctors)so I'm on my feet all day trying to care for her. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance
