I have been experiencing extremely cold weather conditions, which made me have to use my heating system more then regular. I now have a bill that I can't afford to pay based on my low income. I am requesting assistance from Modest Needs to help me with my electric bill. On behalf of my children and myself, I thank you, in advance.
