My mom and I have been suffering greatly with finances. We are barely able to pay our bills but the electric bill has taken its toll, as it is so high this month. My mom is in very poor health with cancer and emphysema. She is 75 years old and is under a tremendous about of stress, as am I. Please help if you can with this electric bill. It would help us greatly. Thank You
