I am disabled and am currently receiving Social Security benefits. Recently, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had surgery (mastectomy), and my oldest brother recently passed away from lung cancer also. I would like to request your assistance in this matter because I was not able to pay my utility bill due to my circumstances and do not want to be evicted from my home.
