Hello,

I was recently diagnosed with MS and have paid more money than expected for co-pays and prescriptions. My financial situation got worse when my fiancé dumped me because of my illness, and I was forced to make an unexpected move back to my home which is 56 miles one way from my job and doctors offices. Between my medical expenses and gas, I am struggling to pay my utility bill (gas and electric are combined).

I don't typically qualify for assistance because I don't have children, nor do I let my disability keep me from working. Its just the unexpected expenses that have thrown me off track, hopefully with your help, I can get one step closer out of the 'hole', and pay it forward by helping someone else in need.
